Up to three installers see your details. Not a list.

When you request quotes, we share your contact and job details (your name, mobile, email, postcode and the job details you entered) with up to three licensed installers who service your area, so they can quote the job. That is the only reason we share them. Nothing else is sold or shared.

When you submit the quote form, your details are emailed to our team (via SendGrid) and kept in our lead records (Airtable) so we can match you with installers. Both services may store data outside Australia. We share your details only with the up to three installers quoting your job, and we never sell the list to anyone.

You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing privacy at myhomeaircon.com.au. We do not need date of birth, a credit file, or a photo of your switchboard until an installer is on site.
