    They come to us from a brand guide or a cost page, run the postcode checker, and see honest numbers for their house.

    They ask for one installer

    Nobody gets pushed. The homeowner finishes the wizard only when they want a quote, with name, mobile, email, system, timeline and budget band.

    You get the full brief

    The complete lead lands in your inbox in minutes: contact details, postcode, what they have now, what they want, when, and the rebate estimate they saw.

    You call once and quote once

    No auction. No three other companies ringing the same number. The homeowner is expecting exactly one call — yours.

What is in every brief

  • Name, mobile and email, given voluntarily at the end of the wizard
  • Postcode and state, with the rebate band they were shown
  • System they want: split, multi-head or ducted
  • What is in the house now, and their timeline
  • Indicative budget range from our cost model
  • Their own notes: storeys, access, existing gas, the useful details

The homeowner's side of the deal

We promise them one call, from one licensed local, only after they ask. That promise is why the leads convert: by the time you ring, they have seen realistic prices on our cost pages, checked their rebate, and told us when they want it done. You are not interrupting dinner. You are the call they requested.

It also means we are picky about partners. Quote honestly, show up when you said, and the suburb is effectively yours. Sit on leads or spray quotes, and we stop sending them.
